Small, dark room with limited natural light. the view's just a brick wall. The key system had its hiccups, often needing a reception rescue, and the shower control was more of a mystery than a function. Plastic glass instead of something proper for drinks felt cheap, and an unstable toilet seat just added to the quirks. Generally, not the comfort level I’d hope for, especially considering the price.

The location's a right gem! Close to plenty of bars and eateries like La Parrilla and Smoky Grill. couldn’t ask for more. Plus, the staff were top-notch, welcoming us like old mates. Our Double or Twin Room was comfy and clean, perfect for a cheeky Liverpool getaway.

Found the entrance a tad tricky among all the shops, but it added to the adventure. Still, with the noise outside, a bit of earplugs would’ve gone a long way.
